Cutest picture in the world and my new addiction

I have started doing digital scrapbooking and have been trying to get pictures of Joel smiling for me. I have gotten some really cute pictures, but this was one of my favorites. I love the way it turned out in black and white.
Other than this addiction to scrapbooking we took Joel down to visit his grandma and grandpa Bailey. Joel and I had a wonderful time visiting with grandma while Mike helped his brother on his basement. If you ever get a chance to visit Fairview Utah it has the coolest houses in the whole world! Here is an example:

Mike and I left grandma and grandpa to babysit and went for a drive with the camera. It was a lot of fun (at least for me, I don't know about Mike!) But, I have always had a love for old houses!

The Long Awaited Christmas Pictures

Here are pictures from Christmas break--not in any order!!!

Rise and Shine- It's Christmas time! Christmas morning at mom and dads house. We can't wake up until 6:00am- what a long night!!! Ahhhh, and I just looked at the picture and I am still shorter than everyone and I am standing on at least a couple steps above everyone but Mike! Oh, well my dad told me to stop growing and I guess I was the only one that listened! Oh, and my very cute brother needs a girlfriend -- thats what he wanted to Christmas!!! ;) Any ideas anyone???

This is a picture of Joel on his blessing day- Screaming of course- although he did look awfully cute!

Joel's first Christmas outfit

Joel's first trip to the cabin. We left early because of weather or he would have had his first snowmobile ride from grandpa. He insists its his job to give the first snowmobile ride, first gun, and first drum set all by age 2. I agreed as long as it stayed at grandpa's!

Mike playing American Idol on the PSP at the cabin. He was even dancing!!! He won the game on medium. Good Job Mike!!!

Joel in the oufit we brought him home in (note the pictures at the side). It fits much better now!

Well they say a picture says a thousand words- so here are a few thousand words about Christmas. And if you can't tell - our world revolves around Joel! And we love it!

Happy New Year!

It's amazing how long it takes to get things done now! So, here I am on January 7th celebrating New Years! Just kidding, actually we just got back from staying with my parents and the internet on my computer was having a hard time there. I now have the internet and was planning on working on catching up on our blog when Mike asked to take the computer with him on his trip to Washington, being the loving wife that I am ;) I said "yes, dear of course you can!" So I decided I had better do something before I get nice email reminders that I have yet to do anything!!! We did actually celebrate New Years and as you can see by this picture, Joel was dead asleep during the changing of the year (He didn't even budge with all the fussing over him!)During the Christmas break we also went to a billion parties, had a wonderful visit from Santa, went to the cabin, bought a new TV (ours died on Christmas Eve!, broke Mike's throttle thumb (the worse thing that could ever happen!)and had a wonderful time! Well, when Mike gets back from his field trip to Washington I'll share the pictures of Christmas break (and mike says of the new TV) and a few more, but now, the lack of sleep that accompanies Motherhood is catching up, so good night!
