Wee Bugs Preschool!

So this year Joel and I have been doing a co-op preschool with some other kids and moms. We have had a fun time learning and playing. We had preschool graduation this last week. It was hilarious to watch. It is fun to reflect on this last year to see how much Joel has grown and learned!

We had such a good year! Thanks too all the moms and kids that made this such a fun time!

My cute little girl...

That will hold still! (And Mike did super good for Mothers day and got me a new lens that I have been playing with!) I love taking pictures of Lilah right now because she will smile at everyone and holds still for more than .2 seconds! So here is a little about Lilah. She will be 9 months old on Saturday. If anyone knows how to make babies stay little forever just let me know! Lilah is the sweetest thing in the world. She always has a smile for anyone that will look at her, especially her mom, which doesn't make be feel bad at all! She is very petite, with BLONDE hair! She crawls all over the place trying to keep up with her brothers and is starting to pull herself up to things. She LOVES her brothers! But will sure let them know when they have gone too far. We really love having Lilah as part of our family!
Lilah has a beautiful smile!

It was actually warm enough to go swimming a couple weeks ago! We got out the pools and had a fun time splashing around!

A Wedding

Mike's youngest brother got married in May and we had a really fun time preparing and getting ready for everything! We are excited to have Jorie as part of our crazy family! There day was absolutely beautiful and I got to take their wedding pictures. I thought they turned out fabulous so I am sharing some of them;)!

Because we have never been a normal family

... that does normal things. A lot of our time right now is spent on Grandpa's and Uncle Matt's ranch. Mike is there almost as a part time job fixing things, and the boys and Lilah and I go out once in a while too! We always come back filthy dirty, smelling like cows, and smiling! So this last little bit they have been having branding parties and my job is to take pictures. Pictures I can do -- branding cows -- not so interested in. So here is some of the fun we have had out at the ranch as a family.

The boys helping Aunt Katie feed Goober. Goober is our favorite little cow! He has to be bottle fed and the boys love helping!

This is where the branding irons go to get hot
My "Tonner" playing on the fence
The boy's job was to hand out water-- Most of which I think ended up being pored in the dirt - oops!
Mike had a fight with the an oil line on the tractor and lost!

Happy Easter!

Alright -- I know it's a little late, but life with 3 has me falling behind on things like blogging and ummm laundry! Okay I have always been behind on laundry - but now I've got a good excuse right?!  So here are the easter pictures I attempted to take 2 minutes before church. I made Lilah's dress - which was kinda fun for me! And as always we ended up all over the place and on top of each other by the end!

Hope you all had a wonderful Easter!

Lilah's 6 month pictures

Here is a little about Lilah from when she was 6 months old and some pictures too!
Lilah is the sweetest little thing and smiles ALL the time! She is so happy. I get people at the store that will come up to me and ask if she is always this happy and I gladly respond "yes she is!" We love having her as part of our family!
At 6 months Lilah weighed 14lb 10oz. She is a little on the small side and in the 20th percentiles on both weight and height (don't know where she gets this from ;) ). It's kind of nice to have her so small because she is so easy to carry!
I finally have a baby that loves her mom! This is very exciting to me because I have never been the boy's favorite (that is reserved for grandma and aunt Elise). I love being favorite!
Here are some of Lilah's 6 month pictures.  I will admit that I love all the pink and fluff!

And we're done!

Yummy!

This is Lilah enjoying her very first bite of cereal. She did pretty good for her first bites! She loves the attention she gets when she eats. Almost as much as the attention she gets from her brothers!

Yum! Yum!

What do you do in the summer time?

Well, maybe not summer time, but we have enjoyed some beautiful weather!

We ride our bikes -- or walk them!

 We play in the dirt

We play at the ranch and get our boots muddy -- and other stuff we won't mention -- it is a ranch!  This is why we have designated "ranch boots"!

And just look cute!

And fly a kite!
That's what we do in the Idaho summer in March! We just take advantage of every nice day because it will probably snow tomorrow!

Lilah's First Snowmobile Ride

There is a rite of passage at our house with our kids. There first snowmobile ride has to be from Grandpa and Lilah finally got her turn! We bundled her up when we are at the cabin where there is actually snow and let her have fun with Grandpa! Thanks Grandpa for the fun ride!

A whole bunch of stuff!

I decided that an iPhone ruins all blogging because i can check everything on it. So here is a catch up for the last while!
Christmas!
We had a wonderful Christmas this year and all of us were spoiled. We enjoyed all our family parties and enjoyed spending time together. Here is a picture of the kids in front of the tree. Joel and Conner love their Lilah!
This is our Christmas stash! Santa was good to us this year! It was so funny when Joel came out and saw the tree he said "What the heck is all of this!" We really try to get him not to say heck but it sure is funny when he does! Conner soon got in the Christmas spirit too and we couldn't get him to stop opening everyone's presents!
Conner turned 2!
Just after Christmas Conner turned two! If anyone would like to take him for the next year feel free ;) ! Just kidding! He is a sweet little boy that can really holler! He got a rocket cake this year!
Building!
We found out by accident that Home Depot does kids workshops for free the first Saturday of every month! And you can take the projects home so you don't have to do it in all the craziness!  The boys got money banks to build and we took them home and had daddy help us!

Rain!
Rain-- yes you heard that right! It has been a crazy winter here and we still have no snow! We have only had a few snowstorms but mostly it has rained! I'm enjoying the 40 degree weather! The boys decided to try out their new raincoats one day as well as their ranch boots (so we can to out with the cows and just spray our feet off!)
That is it in a nutshell!
