Valentines Day!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Valentines Day! I know that I sure did! I thought it was nice to have Valentines Day on Sunday because we just spent time together as a family. I found this cute idea on one of my favorite websites www.howdoesshe.com and thought we would try it out. Instead of heart shaped pancakes we did hearts on our french toast! I thought it turned out cute!

Joel didn't seem to mind it either!

After church we enjoyed playing with Joel and Conner, and taking pictures of mom and dads puppies! (By the way if anyone wants an adorable Golden Retriever -- there are 4 that are up for sale!) Then Mike fixed me the most wonderful dinner! We had roast, mashed potatoes, cooked carrots, and beans! Mmmmm! And the best part was, was I didn't have to cook it! We had some family over for it and had a good time! What a wonderful Valentine I have! I love you Honey!

Conners Blessing Day

On Sunday Conner got to get a name and blessing. It was a very special experience and he was promised a lot of really amazing things. It reaffirmed to us what a special boy baby Conner is and how lucky we are to have him in our family. After church we went to our house and had a little lunch and treats. Thanks to all that came and helped! We really appreciate it! We also got a few pictures of Conner and our family.

This beautiful blanket is one that our friend Heather Angel made for Conner on her loom. Isn't it gorgeous! Joel has one very similar made for him as well that we used on his blessing day. It is so nice to have something that is specially made for him to use on this special day!

And here is a picture of our family all together! I think besides the one in the hospital this is a first!

And Once Again...More Pictures

I attempted to take some pictures of Joel with baby Conner and get some of Joel by himself. I discovered that taking pictures of an ACTIVE two year old is almost impossible! This turned into an all day experience-- however, I think the results turned out better than I had hoped for once I saw them off the camera! So, here are some pictures of Joel at 2 years and 1 month and Conner at 1 month and Mike at well... older than that ;)!
