Pudding - not a whole lot of words needed!

For our Family Home Evening treat tonight we decided to have pudding. Yummy!!! Joel is still trying to learn how to use a spoon without getting everything everwhere! We are still working on it ;)!
Nothing makes Joel happier than to be covered in food!

I Hope They Call Me On A Mission!

We were getting ready for church a couple of Sunday's ago (yes-- most of the time the news you get is a couple weeks old ;) ) I looked over and Joel was in his shirt and tie holding an envelope that Mike had given him to play with! He looked like a mini missionary so of course the camera came out once again! I just hope it feels like a very long time until Joel gets old enough to go on a mission because I love my little boy. Destroying the letter rather than opening it!

We also learned how to play with bubbles with Aunt Elise! Those amazing bubbles that pop when you touch them. Now Joel is completely obsessed with the bubble bottle- it is the first thing he looks for in the morning. He just hasn't quite been able to figure out how to blow the bubbles off the wand.

It's Tough Being So Little!

This week Joel feel asleep in his high chair while eating lunch! It was so cute!!! I felt like a bad mom because it was a while until I noticed that he wasn't making any noise. I looked over and Joel was snoring in his chair!

And then later on he fell asleep on the floor while visiting Grandma and Grandpa Wilding. We really don't try to wear him out, but he doesn't like to go to sleep at grandma's and goes and goes until he just conks out.

I was attempting to take some pictures of Joel this last weekend so I could put some in the Valentines day cards I made. He screamed half the time and smiled the other so half the pictures are good and the other half is faced his scrunched up!
