The Great Pumpkin Patch

For Family Night on Monday we went with our cousins to the pumpkin patch here in town. They have a barn that is decorated cute with pumpkins all over. They also have a train ride for the little kids. We had a blast and Joel was in heaven withe pumkins and a train ride all in one day!
Picking out our pumpkins

Giving Brother hugs in the car. They even let us put the little kids in the fire truck for some pictures!
While we were waiting for the train I got to practice taking silhouette pictures with Joel and Brooklyn. It was fun to have them actually turn out! I'm sure people were laughing at me, because I was laying on the floor trying to get these shots!
Then Joel and Brooklyn and Conner and Collin got to play on the train and Joel and Brooklyn went on a train ride!

Now we are just going to have to convince Joel that we can use a "knarf" aka knife on his pumpkin-- that could go really good or really bad -- we will have to see!

I love that pumpkin patch. There are so many fun things for the kids to do. Cool silhouette shots too!

So much FUN!!! Those pictures are adorable! (I think I say that on EVERY comment-but IT'S THE TRUTH!!) You have handsome boys and I can tell they liked that pumpkin patch!! We're going to a pumpkin patch this weekend but we go and "look" at all the pumpkins. We buy the carving pumpkins at a produce place that sells them 3 LARGE ones for $5 vs. $5 each! Am I depriving my children?? ;)

P-S Copy the idea!! It works great and it's something we BOTH look forward to! ;) XOXO

That is way fun. I wish we lived closer to a pumpkin patch. Also - looking at these pictures and I swear Joel just looks like a mini Mike!!! :) Definitely cute boys!

Wow, those pics were AMAZING! I esp loved the sunset one, with the silhouettes. You are so artistic Angie! I think Conner has such beautiful blue eyes. Looks like you guys are doing great!
